Preamble. EBOOKIFY LLC is committed to offering a satisfactory purchasing experience to its customers. This Refund Policy defines the conditions under which a refund may be requested and obtained.
1. 30-day "money-back" guarantee
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we offer a 30-day "money-back" guarantee from the date of purchase. If the Product does not fully satisfy you, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility conditions
A refund is possible only if the file has not yet been downloaded. Once a download has been initiated, the Product is deemed delivered and consumed, and the guarantee no longer applies.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send us an email at contact@ebookify.club including your order number and the reason for your request. We acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 to 48 business hours.
4. Refund processing time & method
After the request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions
Because Products are digital and can be copied instantly, no refund can be issued once a file has been downloaded, except in the case of a proven technical defect in the delivered file.
6. Technical defects
In the event of a corrupted file or a broken download link, we undertake to immediately re-send a valid link or, failing that, to proceed with a full refund.
